- You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Shipment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.
- You are of sound mind and at least of such minimum legal age as per the jurisdiction in which you reside, in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not of the age of majority as per the laws of the jurisdiction that you reside in, then you must have the permission of your lawful guardian to place an order or make purchases on the Website.
- We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
Overview
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final. BnfLuxe reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
- Damage & Missing Product: We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end. Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request. In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.We won’t be charging you any return shipping or handling fees.
- Dislike: In case of dislike of any product upon delivery within 24 hours. A Return/ Exchange won’t be arranged by us due to the affordable nature of our product. However, if you dislike a product you can return it back to us and we will proceed with the refund upon delivery of the same. Please note that the shipping charges won’t be refunded by us. You will receive a refund to your original payment method for the price of the disliked item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us, provided that the product is not used and is in good condition. Upon Rejection of the same refund won’t be initiated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at herin.developers@gmail.com and send your item to: Shop No D08, Supermart 2, DLF Phase 4, Gurugram 122009.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop No D08, Supermart 2, DLF Phase 4, Gurugram 122009.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
